We need to be able to email invoices to more than one person sometimes. For instance, we sell to interior designers and they have clients who pay directly. Or a firm has several people who want to receive invoices. Right now, we send one and then change the email to send to another person, but it's not ideal.

Have you considered sending the invoice automatically to all customers who placed an order?
It will help you to minimize downtime and don't need to worry about sending certain invoices to certain customers.
